Our business has grown far beyond our expectations and we now have a huge customer list. The list is comprised of people and businesses we have worked with over the past 12 years. The range of work has been from $50-$100,000.We want to make sure we give preferential treatment to those customers that are committed to us. Many people who have turned to us, (when their regular company failed to take care of them), have requested a way to become a client. Then it came to us, why not offer people, for a small fee, the opportunity to get priority service. To firm up our mutual obligation to each other, we have developed the "First Service Agreement."
The idea is not new, you see it with car rentals, airlines, and
hotels. Customers are offered a chance to get extra special attention.

We resorted to this tactic when we found ourselves being the
emergency service contractor for most of the plumbers out there. It’s tough
picking up the slack for a bunch of contractors who are more committed to their

commented that we should be happy to get new customers on weekends,
"No Thanks". We’d rather build our business during regular business hours. If people can commit to us during the week, than it is only right for us to be available to them 24hrs.a day, 365 days a year.
