Randy Sprague Randy, at his desk trying to look busy.

Randy graduated from a two year course in Heating and Air Conditioning Technology at Southern Maine Technical College in 1979.

Randy holds his Master Plumbers license, Master Oil license, Master Solid Fuel license, and is also a licensed Propane/Natural Gas Technician. Randy had also been licensed by the State of Maine in 1980 for Flat Plate Solar Installation. 

Bob has been at RSHP since December of 2000. He holds a Master Oil License, Master Plumbers License and is a licensed Gas Technician. Bob sets a high standard in customer service and is an example for us all.
Lawrence Lawrence holds his Master Oil Burner License, and is a licensed Propane/Natural Gas Technician. Customers enjoy his meticulous work and good nature. Lawrence is a veteran of the Air Force. He is currently building a new home in his spare time.
Ryan Ryan is a graduate of Northern Maine Technical College. He holds his Journeyman Plumber License and Journeyman Oil Burner License. His upbeat attitude is an inspiration to us all.

Ryan resides in Ellsworth and is currently pursuing his Master Plumbing License.

Eric is a licensed Oil Burner Journeyman, Trainee Plumber, and Propane & Natural Gas Helper. He has worked part time at Randy Sprague Heating and Plumbing since 2001, and his pleasant disposition is admired by all.

Eric lives in Town Hill with his wife, Joanie. His daughter Erika now lives in the Boston area after graduating from college. He enjoys working around the house, kayaking, and traveling to visit family. He works full time as a Fireman for the town of Bar Harbor.

Joe Residing in Holden, Joe is a licensed Master of Oil Heat, and fully licensed for gas-fired equipment, and is your friendly plumber.

Joe went into the USAF as a Crew Chief on a KC-135 air-refueler, with some mechanical engineering background at the University of Maine. Upon his return he chose the heating industry, an always needed profession in Maine.

Chris Chris is a Master Plumber and Journeyman Oil Burner Technician. He was excited to join our team as a change in career from management back into the field applications realm of our trade. We value his conscientious work ethic.

Chris resides in Hancock with his wife Jennifer and their two sons. He joined our staff in May of 2004 after 3 years as the Capital Project Manager for the MDI Hospital. Chris was the managing partner for Coley & Norton Mechanical, Inc. in Trion GA from 1997-2001. He is also a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps.

Brad Brad is back. After a year off, Brad returned to RSHP and we're all glad to have his cheerful presence with us once again.

He grew up in Ohio and received his BS and Master Degrees from Ohio State University. Brad holds his Master Plumber License and Master Oil License. He has been in the trade since 1997 when he began working with us. Previous to that he was employed as a Police Officer for the town of Bar Harbor.

Jan Jan is the Office Manager for her husband Randy's business, and has been the bookkeeper for him since he began his career. She also managed a Home Day Care business for 10 years when their two daughters and son were younger.


She resides in Town Hill with them and their cocker spaniel, Henry. Jan is originally from Taunton, MA and has a Bachelor's Degree from the University of MA, Amherst. She enjoys reading, gardening, sewing, and spending time with her family.

New Employee Lisa joined our crew in November of 2005 and is a valuable member of our front-office staff, where her helpful, positive attitude is greatly appreciated by everyone.

Lisa is a mom of two handsome boys and a grandmother of a beautiful little girl whom she adores. She and her boyfriend Jeremy are currently remodeling their home in Bass Harbor. She enjoys working in her flower gardens, boating, sports, and camping with her friends.

Brendan is the creator of the www.RSHP.net. He also used to manage the RSHP warehouse, helping out with various tasks and jobs at work.

Brendan currently attends the New England School of Communications in pursuit of a degree in Audio Engineering, and spends lots of time at home recording and mixing his own independent projects.
